Package & crate downloads

Every published @tari-project npm package and every publishable crate in the tari-dan workspace, tracked weekly so the trend below shows real progress, not a single point in time. Historical weeks were reconstructed from each registry's own daily download history; going forward a scheduled job appends a fresh snapshot every Thursday. The primary number everywhere is downloads in that trailing 7-day window — the most sensitive read on whether a given week beat the last one. Where a package shows more than one active version, expand “N versions this week” under it — the latest release is often a minority of a week's actual downloads, and adoption of older versions matters just as much as the headline total.
